Calm in the Storm



It is possible to be calm in the storm. Just remember to Breathe and stay centered.

What's your center? It is the stillness. It is a single note, a frequency that stays the same and doesn't fluctuate with movement. Example is of the bee. A few days ago, I witnessed a bee hovering very still. I could hear it's vibration as it hovered. One single note. Then, as it moved, the vibration and note changed to be several notes and vibrations and then it was still again.

Such as the bee, we need to find that single note, that stillness. Then after we are still, we can begin moving again. This doesn't have to be an arduous experience, or even frequent, it just needs to be an option for us to use when we need it.
