Pushed to the limit


You know a trigger has been pushed when you push back. Depending on how deep the trigger is, is the amount of force you use to push back with. How you push back can be negative or positive.

If you've pushed negatively just know if you breathe through the process, things can still transform to positive and it will be ok.  Sometimes it takes some confusion to get through to the truth. 

When you realize the positive is showing through, don't stop to contemplate, just take it and run with it until you're breathless with gratitude because there's plenty more where that came from.
